Andrew Mitchell on Friedrich Nietzsche

ANDREW J. MITCHELL is assistant professor of Philosophy at Emory University specializing in the work of Martin Heidegger, Friedrich Nietzsche, and the continental philosophical tradition, as well as the relationships between philosophy and literature. Before joining Emory he was post-doctoral Fellow in the Humanities at Stanford University where he taught in the German Studies and Philosophy departments. Professor Mitchell has published on the work of Nietzsche, Heidegger, Derrida, and Bataille, as well as on the work of James Joyce and the films of Fassbinder.
Andrew Mitchell has appeared twice previously on Entitled Opinions to speak about the philosophy of Martin Heidegger.
